情人节~西方国家的情人节现今已成为全世界情人的重要日子了。无论老少都渐渐地开始留意起来,尤其少年和年轻人更重视。这都要归功于媒体和商家的大力宣传。
今年的2月14刚好遇上元宵节,19年来的中西情人节, 非常难得喔!在这发达先进的社会,庆祝方式也逐步变成精彩也可说是高消费的日子。所以也造就了不少赚钱商机,很多领域的商家都有受惠。花样和种类多到不知如何选择,消费者钱包可要大出血啦!但也视乎你要以什么方式,多数人都会以视像,看得到的物质来表达,昂贵或简单都有。如感情进入稳定阶段互相明白及了解后,心意高于价值了。当然日子久了后也会期待惊喜所以偶尔也该送上礼物。。。其实心思也很重要,花再多钱但不了解对方的喜爱而大概/随意买,会影响气氛哦。。。
致于元宵节呢主要有吃元宵(汤圆)、猜灯谜、放天灯等。一些地区会有大型的花灯会,青年男女会出外赏灯,也是结识的机会,因此有“中国情人节”之称。在马来西亚,未婚男女在元宵节聚集到河边抛柑,并在柑上面写下姓名和联络方式,希望就此结识可以携手共行的伴侣。蛮有趣。。。
其实彼此心灵上能得到良好的共识/沟通和包容是非常难得的,也是一份珍贵的礼物了。天天都是情人节!

Global
payments technology company Visa said Filipinos spend a whopping 955% more
than average on flowers on Valentine’s Day.

The
figures are based on Visa card spend data across the region, which compared
purchases made on the week of Valentine’s Day (February 11-16, 2013) with a
control period (September 16-21, 2013).

"The
data shows that Filipinos best express their romantic side by giving flowers
to their loved ones; spending approximately P2,700 ($63) per purchase,” said
Iain Jamieson, Visa Country Manager for the Philippines and Guam, in a
statement.

Following
Filipinos are Sri Lankans and Thais came in second and third, with flower
purchases growing by 334% and 190%, respectively.
|
However,
in terms of amount, Hong Kong and Macau residents had the highest spend per
transaction at $119 and $127.
|
Meanwhile,
in Hong Kong, residents spend 110% more on sweets and chocolates during
Valentine's, with average receipt of $52.
|
Visa
said Japan and Macau showed modest increases of 30% and 16% in confectionery
sales.

In
India, the best way to show your affections on Valentine's Day is by giving
jewelry. Visa said data showed there is a 124% rise in jewelry sales on
Valentine’s Day, with average transaction size growing by 28%. Macau came in
second, with jewelry sales growing by 64% but the transaction size was the
same.

Malaysians
prefer dining out on Valentine's Day. Malaysia led the way in restaurant
spending, paying 78% more than usual, with an average bill of$87.

Macau
and Singapore outspent the rest of the region with 29% and 26% average
increases in restaurant spending during Valentine's Day.
|
Filipinos
came in fourth place, spending 22% more on restaurants on Valentine’s Day,
with the average bill growing 8% to $39.
